  • This complaint was sent to the Attorney General and to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services etc.--has there been any response? Attorneys General generally cannot act on individual complaints and will investigate only when they see a pattern emerging.

  • Same thing here, only my loss was $349.00. Cannot get in touch with anyone, they "booked" 5-day/4-night getaway at Calypso Cay for 2-bedroom suite. Resort has no record of booking, nor any affiliation with "Paradise Getaways/Orlando Vacations and Getaways/Extrastays.com. Phone numbers ring to answering machine, no human ever answers. Some #'s are disconnected. Emails are undeliverable! One message left on an alternate number was returned, caller claimed no knowledge of how her name and number got involved, then said her "roommate" USED to work there and must have used her name and number instead! We are filing with FDLE and the Attorney General.
