"October/November 2011 I had a agreement to pave my driveway. The asphalt was to be laid 1-1/2" over about 4" of base. one end of the driveway is 1/4" or less it is crumbling and never sealed is also has a very deep swallow that you can not walk across without tripping. I was told that after the Holidays around the new year they would be back to finish. I have called 60+ times and left my name and number with no return calls also have emailed and send post cards. I still have a crumbling driveway with a ditch in the middle."

    Or if they have his type of coffee .
    I hope sir you don't ever really have a problem such as
    Losing a child or spouse in a foreign war or perhaps
    Being scammed out of your entire life savings by a real conman
    Like Bernie Maddof be happy you are privileged enough

  • I have one question, is this a company that you hired that came to door to door to sell their business, or someone you reached out to for paving work? Regardless, you should first contact the Better Business Bureau, and see if there have been similar complaints about them. If you have a contract and they continue to not respond, you can always file a small claims action against them in court for the contract price. Unfortunately, asphalt contractors do not seem to be one of the regulated classes of contractors in the state of Florida, but you can always contact the state to see if there are any other potential recourse avenues available.
