Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"They cut the power lines right before it was 13°F outside at night knowing I had a child and sent a bill for $800.00 then I got a email for a $900.00. But I know it's only 5. I have pictures to prove this I have been over charged for a malfunction in there meter and it's oge logo on it and they say I'm responsible for it.
They told me to fix the legs and get new wire and when I tried to do what oge have suggested because the 3rd worker came out
threatening me with going to jail and the are going to cut the wires from my meter and instead came and cuz the power lines know a freeze was coming that night I'm told I'm meter tampering all I could do is cry

in oct When I called I told the customer service and said I want to file a discrepancy and there is something wrong with my meter she looks it up on oge end and I was told no it's fine there nothing wrong with my meter and proceeded to tell me there be a upfront charged for a crazy high amount for Someone to come out and check on the meter due my lights flickering and all the surges all there time the electricity bill is way high every month. it needed to be done. The

1 guy came out and said it's fine and I'm gonna need to tighten the wire for a leg. So he tape it up 2 guy came out oh yeah you do need a new meter box and he shut off the power so we can fix before the holidays. We left came back power was off so trying to fix it and it was definitely still hot so it was left how it was when discovered that it still live and dangerous the from dec-jan cold days we sat and froze and still without electricity. They are trying to charge me over 1000 all at once in one payment I can't do that.

I was told after I fix the box I could start a payment plan..... Hope can I pay a outrageous price when they knew I need assistance in the first place then give me a higher bill for get charged for fraud when OG&E said to mess with it to get it fix"

  • Just downloaded my bills a totally different address and your charges are different on each bill how can that be fair I also looked up my account and notice something else I'm being charged $4 every day from starring the farthest I could go back is January 5 2021 I got my service in July on the 20th. And I have proof of that I took snapshots is this y I have had a email sent to me saying I owe a 900.00 bill ? I'm still with out power since dec 28. I feel I need a lawyer this is crazy
