"I placed a deposit of $850.00 for an apartment to be ready NOV.15. I have since changed my mind for various reasons. I did NOT sign a agreement that it was nonrefundable. The apartment is not ready to rent because of cleanup, repairs,painting, carpet cleaning. I have called the manager, left messages to discuss this with No replies."

"Had the same thing happen to me when I moved in. I hadn’t signed anything and after I looked over the place I changed my mind. Well she was going to keep my deposit even though I hadn’t signed anything. Nancy is a horrible landlord. I cannot wait to move out of this hell hole."
