Claimant says:
"Company cleaned two area carpets, one, a wool Karastan 4 x 6; the second an all cotton 3 x 5. Returned in deplorable condition; both discolored and fringe torn on all four corners on wool rug.

Company cleaned the rugs a second time and replaced fringe on wool rug. Again, returned and again, both are not acceptable and the fringe on wool rug was sewn on in such a way the rug looks cheap. Will not use either rug.

The wool rug was expensive, had been previously cleaned elsewhere and never had problems.

Requested, by letter, reinbursement of 150.00 for the wool rug, nothing for cotton one (as it was not very costly) and to have cost of cleaning refunded.

E-mailed company with complaint approximately three weeks ago and have not been contacted in any manner. Contacted the Better Business Bureau and they obviously haven't heard from them either as they said they would contact me once they have heard from the company. I have not been contacted by the BBB yet.

Don't think I am asking for too much! This company was recommended to me, has been in business for many years, etc. They certainly don't treat their clients with respect--not even willing to communicate!!!!!!!!!
