"I invested $3000 as a grow investor on March 6, 2014, for an agreed upon return of $8000 in May/June time frame from an April/May grow for MM for sale and delivery to licensed patients. I haven't received any money just a lot of excuses and BS from Norman Jones and his California Non-profit corporation, Compassionate Care Community Services Inc. He moved to a new location at 885 N D st, San Bernardino, Ca and continues to run ads on CL and elsewhere referring to his website:

for all kinds of money making positions, including a comfort cafe, its all BS! I told him I had cancer and could work, and needed to make money. He doesn't care, just takes money from people. Another site he has shows 6 figure income, has anyone but him been paid? You can't legally run a non-profit corp., and take people's money for your own purpose, especially without proper licensing. There definitely isn't a business license or permit at his location for a "comfort cafe" for legal MM use, or a dispensary or a delivery service for MM."

  • Compassionate Care Community Services Inc. is a 501 C-3 non-profit corporation. I was only a elected officer. The lawsuit should be against the Corp. New officers will be voted in on Aug. 20 2014. My suggestions to Mr. Townsend is to get active in the corporation that owes him the money. Contact: www.jobboard4.webs.com for election information.

  • Norman Jones is the only party involved. He tries to use a corp. as a cover. You never can meet with him to get involved, get a status, or find out how to help. My position was as a passive "grow" investor, yet I never could meet to see a product being produced. Yet he claims I need to get involved, how? He even says on his webpage only one meeting is necessary. I never have been able to go to a board meeting, or any meeting. I tried to meet with him, drove 60 miles, he was a no show. There wasn't any real election, just another cover, so he can pretend he has a real organization where others have a say, and can get involved. Others have been ripped off, see the BBB report on his corp., and ripoffreport.com. Someone else has responded on this forum to me and I contacted her, and she gave him $2500 in cash, can't get any money back. Same with a guy who reported it to the BBB. How many others are there?

    He uses the money for himself. I never could see any operation, or get any payment plan. Don't invest with this guy or the corporation he names!!!!
