Claimant says:
"i had received a letter of approval to refinance or trade my 2007 ford tarsus car in to reduce my interest rate on the car loan of 28% with westlake financial services so i called the co. which i do not remember and the car place has that letter they verified the letter and called nissan that i was coming to look for a car so when i got there Shirl proceeded to help me in which i found a car i wanted to trade my car in on the amount that i was pre evaluated for .the process took 5 and1/2 hours signed all documents and transferred tags from tarsus and was excited except of course it was more than i wanted to pay monthly. i did not hear from them until my westlake called asking for my car payment due sept.21 the day i purchased the new car i told them i had traded car in and nissan was paying it off,so i talked with Solenm and he directed me to talked to Hans vVibes on the following mon oct 8 which i talk to and he told me the car was not financed due to my budget and could i get a co-signer and i told him no i am divorced and trying to continue building my credit myself. he said he would get back to me in about an hour of course i had to call him later that day and still no answer. i called back 2 days laterb and just got called back today by Solemn asking me to bring pay stubs and tax returns in so he can find another creditor. i told him that i do not want to go thru another process of papers that i will take my car back and just continue paying my loan off . that loan is in my name only and i want to continue it that way."
