"im very unhappy with this company customer service dept and any type of service thery o claim to offer cuz i do not remember recieving any thing from this comp. nor do i beleave i knowingly sighed up for this service and knowingly aggreed to have them debt my account the last 4 mos in the amount of 30.00 a month fee for a service and never use the service. . !!!! i am on disabiliy income and cant afford something like this what ever it is they say they do or offer ... its very unclear to me though there customer support line. i feel like this is nothing but a big scam and is totally ripping people off of there hard earned money....ive looked at there site today since there suppervisor never even explain what they they offer when i inquired about the 29.95 month fee...11-14-2014 . do to finacial situation being very bad right now, many hardships happening, and being behind on my morgage due to lose of employment, disabilitiy, and reseaving forclosure notices from my bank. why would i agree to pay for service ive not used nor can afford. reading there gaurantee this site states nothing to lose, no risk, and if you do not recieve funding the fee of 29.95 a mo. will be refunded to me!!! not true at all!!!! THEY OFFERED ONLY 1 MO OF FEES BACK TO ME. thats not good enough i want all my money back from this company!!!! very poor customer service and not willing to work out a better arragment more aceptable! there testamonias are fault statements from my exsperiouse with them for the 1st time today. they claim they only charge 29.95 and who woulde pay this amount a month to tell a person willing to invest there time and energy into finding, applying for and submitting proposals them self and pay a comp for this!!!!"

The claimant's settlement terms were rejected with the following explanation:
  • I disagree with the explanation / grounds provided

    "On 8/9/14, Miss Stephan entered into a contract of her own accord on our website New USA Funding.com. At which time, she had the opportunity to read the terms and agreements as well as the site policies which did state what services were provided as well as that it was a recurring charge and she could cancel at anytime by emailing or calling our company. Our membership fee covers the cost of the site not unlike many other companies who charge a fee to access their services. Miss Stephan's, who received a confirmation email reminding her of the recurring charge, as well as consecutive emails sent 3 days prior to each charge every month, did not call us until November 14,2014 with her concerns. At this time, the Customer Service Manager explained again, what the policies were and as a courtesy, refunded Miss Stephan's for the most recent charge of $29.95. We are a legitimate company with top-notch customer service and are willing to work with our clients as we did with Miss Stephan, however, we are not responsible if our clients choose not to utilize our services. "
