Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Three months ago I ordered a monthly supply of Garcinia Cambogia and I asked them not to send anymore till I had tried it to see how it worked for me. They tried to sell me some green coffee pills also. I told them I did not want to try that. I explained to them that I am disabled and had a limited income. The next thing I know, I receive more G.C. and green coffee pills at a total of $174.80. The amount they charged for the green coffee was$64.90. I tried to get in touch with them, but they did not have a return address or phone number. This month they did the same thing and taking $174.80 out of my checking account again. That is a total of $ 349.60. I will gladly send the G.C and the green coffee back. On my income I can not afford that amount of money coming out of my checking account. Please do not send anything else and do not bill me for anything else."

  • They did the same to me, but I caught it before they took out the monthly membership or whatever. I just filed a complaint with my bank and they investigated and found it was fraudulent, and I was refunded. They also sent me a new debit card so they couldn't keep charging me. I would at least get a new debit card to avoid any further charges. Good luck!
