Claimant says:
"Filed claim in 2012. I was told to get the big things fixed before they could do anything. im on ss/ssi. had to get leaks fixed buy water heater and clean up the mess. they said it was do able they didn't give me any paper work they sent a contractor too
I soon after broke my ankle. I had no help. My kids were here and there. I filed in a timely manner In 2012. ive been with this company since I was 18 yrs old. im quite dissatisfied with their work efforts. The intentions all along was not to pay out. I knew it was a lost cause the first one left and another one who claims to be a man of God said to me quote : I dont see why you're still a Client of theirs. the government dont give a care about what s going on with you. yes when they came back in 2015 the mess was still in the closet but I was trying to get it out. a broken ankle doesn't let you do much. the pipes that burst was not my fault. but it was negligence on my part. windows got broken my furniture was ruined some one stole the top of my unit .now they are going to cancel my insurance"
