Claimant says:
"This moving company caused serious furniture and accessory damages to many items that they moved from New Jersey to Portland, OR this past summer under contract number N26 39998; pick-up date-July 24, 2015. I have attempted to contact them at least 30 times requesting a Damage Claim form so that I can submit the damages for financial compensation/coverage. The company has refused to communicate with me and refused to send to me and/or email the Damage Claim document.

We have itemized the costs of damages to be about $16.941, rounding off cents. We plan to send the National Relocation Van Lines, by the end of this week, the itemized list and request damages be paid. Based upon there previous and present lack of responding, I will assume that nothing will occur on their part. As such, I am asking for your advice in dealing with this company.
