"The Arbors of Austin, Tx. Reported to National Credit System that I owed 2313.00$ to arbors of Austin, Tx in Jan. 2015. I though it was for no 30 day notice, we finished a 12 mo. Lease at 950.00$ mo. That no 30 day notice, should have been for 1mo. Rent 950.00$, but I was charged 2313.00$ for what, that is a overcharge. Arbors of Austin, Tx. Records show us moving out in 1/2013 which is false information. I need National Credit System to stop reporting that false information to the credit bearu as negitive. Arbors of Austin Tx. Say they have no information about this claim. I need National Credit System of Atlanta, Georgia. Post office box 312125, zip code 31131 to stop reporting this claim."

"Have you contacted the crédit reporting agency that has this on file?

Have you filed a dispute with these companies that ethics taken off your credit??

They need to verify this as a debt and check for the accuracy of the account.

These are steps that also need to be done before going after the company for monetary relief.

Please reply to these questions so we may follow up to makes judgement.
