"This is a complaint about National Art and Framing -aka All Around Art -- at 3620 King Street, Alexandria, VA 22304 for completion of project or return of art and wonpaynent.

October 2016 I left eight small Ethiopian Crosses with All Around Art, to be mounted four by four in shadow boxes. I picked colors and the frames to use. They charged my $159.30 -- half of the total price. Approximate finishing time was to be in November 2016.

Since then I have visited the shop numerous times to be told "they were working on it" Starting in January of 2017, the door to the shop is locked and the telephone has been disconnected. I sent numerous emails -- to no avail . How do I get my eight crosses back (they are historic and irreplaceable) and how do I retrieve my downpayment since I did not receive the agreed upon merchandise.
