Claimant says:
"My mom, then my sister, then I bought redone laptop computers from this store. My mom works in the same plaza, she suggested I go there so I did. My desk top was not up to par, I am in college online. I am 52 and just went back for criminal justice. I am a beginner on a computer but I was getting a 4.0 average. Then my desk top went down so I needed to get a new one fast to keep up, I asked the man if it had the things I needed for school on it and told hm my needs. He reassured me they were on it. So I put it on layaway; I told them just how and when I would make the payments. I did that and picked it up one month later for 400.00 and left, got home nothing was on it. It said it was there but they were not. so I called them to tell them how unhappy I was and I was bringing it back. They said bring it in. they put it on, took it home, the whole time it wasnt running right. But I went to california came home called them 30 days said i dont want it, its bad running. I got there next day. They had talked about it and it would cost me 100.00 for them to take it back it never worked right I had someone look at it they said it was messed up and they would bet they knew all about it. they did the owner came out pissed right off ,for no called for reason. I had two friends to be there with me, I didnt want to be with out witnesses. Good thing They were sitting in the waiting spot waiting. But when they heard what he was saying my girlfriend said with a calm voice oh really. He turned on her and the guy with her . I mean started calling them low life people {bitches) and told them to get out of his store he didn't want people like us in his store to get out with some nasty words coming out of his mouth. My friend said you're the owner he said yes she said and you think you can talk to people like that he replied I don't care what you say or do get the f... out of my store. I said my family just bought 3 of them from you and your not going to stand by your work. He said if you cant afford a computer then you shouldnt buy one. I said what are you talking about it's paid for. He said you put it on layaway so that means its been yours for two months now. I said I took owner ship when I got the receipt and the computer and walked out of the store plus I was given no reture policy of any kind . he said take the deal and pay the 100.00 shelving fee or take the computer and leave, on second thought; I will not take that back for any reason just get out. He then pushed the computer at me and said 30 days was yesterday so get the f... out you low life bitches. WE left but I am still upset about being so insulted by someone I never met. He even told me to go ahead and call the police or the bbb he didnt care what we did."
