"We used muscled up movers for the Clark move from 126 Catherine 35763 to Life Storage on Oakwood Ave., in Huntsville. Most of our furniture is ruined. there is barely a piece that has been spared. I need to send them photos, but when I put in claims@muscledupmovers.com, it doesn't come up! Help!"

  • TO ALL OF MY FACEBOOK FRIENDS - MUSCLED UP MOVERS MOVED OUR FURNITURE INTO STORAGE BACK IN JULY OF LAST YEAR. I WAS THERE WHEN THEY WERE LOADING THE STORAGE UNIT AND THEY WRAPPED EVERYTHING IN PLASTIC. THERE WAS NO MENTION OF BLANKETS. IN DECEMBER OF 2021, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK EMPTIED THE STORAGE UNIT AND DELIVERED TO OUR NEW HOME. THAT'S WHEN ALL OF THE DAMAGE WAS NOTICED. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK DID NO DAMAGE AS I WAS THERE AT THE TIME. BROKEN GLASS IN MY CHINA HUTCH, DINING TABLE WITH HUGE SCRAPES, BOTH LEAVES AS WELL. OUR KITCHEN TABLE LEAF WAS RUINED. MY BEDROOM SUIT HAS DEEP GOUGES ON ALL OF IT. MY MOTHER'S PIANO WAS RUINED; DEEP HUGE GOUGES ALL DOWN THE SIDE AND ACROSS THE FRONT. EVERYTIME I LOOK AT SOMETHING I SEE MORE DAMAGE. THERE IS PRACTICALLY NOTHING THAT IS NOT SCRATCHED. PICTURES WERE SENT AND THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED. I WAS ONLY ASKING CLOSE TO $2700 FOR REIMBURSEMENT! THEY STILL WON'T BUDGE. I OFFERED $2500 AND HAVE NOT HEARD. I PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR ALL OF THIS FURNITURE TOO. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE USING MUSCLED UP MOVERS! ALL OF YOUR FURNITURE MIGHT BE RUINED. ANY COMMENTS ARE WELCOME. I KNOW THAT WE HAD TO SIGN A WAIVER AGAINST DAMAGE BUT THIS IS NOT JUST A FEW SCRATCHES OR A BROKEN LAMP.
