Claimant says:
"I hired him on February 10, 2015, to resolve a collection issue with my former tenants and to date I had received 7 letters stating that he was working on my case only after I had called in April asking him what was going on with my case. I also received one letter stating he was going on vacation. I have on a letter on May 6 requesting substitution of attorney, which was 3 months after I hired him, even though I was told by him time is of the essence and a letter to the tenant asking that they pay the amount owed. Since things were not going as quickly as I wanted I told him that I wanted my file back I received a huge bill and he said I could call his office to pick up my file. Every time I call to pick up the file the receptionist says she does not know anything about me picking up my file and she has to get authorization from the attorney, after several messages he still has not released my file back to me. After a searching rating on him, I found out he has a suspended license from the state bar association. He is not eligible to practice law for with open hand striking his girlfriend in the face and knocking her to the ground and when the officers arrived confirmed that there was a red mark on her face with some blood"
