"We started a business and he took $8,000 from the account which had my money without asking me. He brought back a form later that said he'd pay the $ back as a loan with interest. He hasn't repaid. I want to press charges and also get my $ back. He also did so remodeling for me. The original amount agreed upon was $38,000. The total amount he charged me was approx. $70,000. The initial amount quoted was the approx. value of the work done...per other estimates from builders in the area."
