Claimant says:
"I bought a 2001 Nissan Maxima 65000 thou miles or so from BAHAA SAID also known as MR.B'S. I am a single 52 year old grandmom of a disabled child who is in my custody. I explained to mr.b that my situation was I needed a reliable car and also my grandson is disabled. He charged me 4000$ dollars for the car. Since then I've had nothing but problems, rotten tires, new starter and alternator and it's just 3 months. I know about normal wear and tear on a car oil changes tune ups etc. Today once again the car broke down and is currently in another garage. mr b allowed me to drive out of his garage with rotten back tires. When I went to his garage 1 of the 3xs he assured me tires were ok and told me to go home and make pasta and stop trying to be a mechanic. Not only was that an insult he was telling me the rotten tires I was looking @ were my imagination. He also charged me for a new starter and altenater and one of them says rebuilt on it. Please let me know what I can do to get back the money. I believe this man owes me. My grandson and I could have been killed or seriously hurt with those tires, please help me and some other unsuspecting person from getting hurt from buying one of his cars. I am going to go down to the courthouse and file a claim against this man. $4000 may not seem like a lot of money but for us it's maybe 20,000$. Thank you conchettacaputo 609-470-0418"

Message from Mr. B's Auto Service: when u buy a used car from anywhere or anyone u buy it as is unless other wise stated. I charged u for the parts only no laber and starter and alternators go bad after time. Just bring me the car and i will give you the $4000 back. I DONT STEAL FROM OR LIE TO ANYONE.
