Claimant says:
"I went into this establishment to get auto insurance after previously speaking to one agent over the phone & another agent there was nice at first but then he become short with me. He called me a liar, he slandered me calling me derogatory names, he cursed at me & was threw racial slurs at me while my two kids stood there, watch & listen to their mother be cursed & treated like an animal. The agent threw papers at me & threatened to physically remove me & have me thrown in jail if I didn't leave his establishment. There were other customers in the store as well who had to come diffuse the situation. After my kids became upset & starting to cry I left to calm my children. I was approached my another customer who was in the store from the beginning of the altercation, who stated that he was wrong & unprofessional to curse at me & call me names as if I was less than a person to him. I did not deserve the treatment I received in the so-called business on 10-1-2011. Mr Auto agent was rude, unprofessional, & nicely put, a real jerk."
