Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Mourad (Raj) Moubsit moved into 505 Fox Ave, Moore OK 73160, during the month of August after being in a relationship with Nicole Cotton. Mourad lived with Nicole for 2 months at the previous address of 114 Kingsbury Dr. Moore OK, 73160. At the Norman address Mourad entered into a verbal contract to pay his share of utilities and rent at the new address and that payment on time is expected unless he discusses it with me, Christopher Cates Miller, who is the primary leaseholder of both the Norman and Moore residences. By Mourad moving in and living there he understood that this was considered acceptance of those terms. The last day that any contact was made with Mourad, it was agreed that he would pay, however as January came, his girlfriend, Nicole, moved all of her stuff and his stuff out of the house, and all contact with Mourad was lost. As such there is now past due utilities that were agreed to be paid, and due to not informing us that he was leaving, the new month of rent is due, even though he moved out at the start of the month, no written notice was provided that he was vacating the residence. Now before all of this happened, all parties moved into the Moore house in August. September was the first month bills were due, and all bills required a deposit. Mourad was late in paying me back, at which time a house meeting was called and a verbal warning was given. The same thing occurred in October, and he was given his 2nd verbal warning. During the month of November, it occurred a 3rd time, and he was provided with a written warning that failure to pay on time will result in eviction. Finally we come to December, and Mourad was late again, and an order of eviction was posted, Mourad agreed to pay, yet has not paid any amount for the past due bills. Mourad was also late on rent for the months of September, October and November, as well as December, but Nicole paid that month for him."

  • 01-02-2012 — Nicole, the person mourad lived with, moves out all their stuff
