Claimant says:
"They refused my payment when there was nothing wrong with it and then sent the wrong credit card no, and my credit card paper which was right and refused to answer my calls-I could not decipher what was it they wanted-it is very annoying and they are not good at customer service"

  • Thank you for contacting us via PeopleClaim. I understand you were seen for an exam on Tuesday, August 6. Your insurance was billed, after which time you did not owe a balance. We apologize that you were subsequently billed in error. This was corrected by our staff and explains why your payment was not accepted. The office manager did speak directly with you regarding the matter and apologized for the error. If you have other concerns, we are happy to discuss them with you.

    "Please see prior comment. The claimant also indicates concern regarding misuse of her credit information. This company does not knowingly particpate in illegal activities. Unless the claimant provides documentation indicating otherwise, this should be considered a false accusation."

  • I also have a billing error on the side of Mt State Eye Associates. I spoke with my insurance and was told to tell them to resubmit. I did call and could only get voice mail and I left a message. I have continued to get a bill from them monthly and always call back and get voice mail so I leave a message. Their billing office really needs restructured and issues need addressed. I just received yet another invoice with a notice stating I was going to be sent to collections. I just got off the phone with my insurance company and was informed that the doctor's office STILL hasn't submitted anything to them.
