Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Hi, My name its, Myrna Tarango. Me and husband Candelario H. Jaime have decided to contract a group of lawyers to consolidate our acounts. For personal motives we can't keep paying our credit cards. So we heard on the raido the the company " MLG Law Group". They told us it is a company that very professnal and we decided to go to so they can explain everything that has to do with our acounts. It apeared a very well deal, We signed a contract because of the money we owed they said they would take 50% off. Today (9-14-10) I called over a phone like I always had when I had a question about my acounts. A recptionist who works for MLG Law groups. Her job was to answer the phone and be kind with the customer but, it was the conterry with me. She very rudly hung up on me after A serious of questions. I called to ask about my accounts, The person who answered never told me their name . I had asked her about my balance in my acount and she told me I had to send a letter by mail. Then I asked her if she could check how my case was going. While she was helping me she had a attitude that was unprofessnal. I told her if the questions I was asking her if she could answer them for me. She started to raise her voice. RIGHT BEFORE SHE HUNG UP I TOLD HER NOT TO HANG UP BECAUSE IF SHE DID I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO TYPE A REPORT TO B.B.B. She works for the company I mentioned earlier. But I want to file the report to the company not to her. My purpose with this complain is to contract a person that can actualy do their job right or to tell you guys that I am a costomer that deserves a right to a kind and nice person. That is why you people are paying them for. I recently talked to the manager and she told me that she was going to check my file and check who was helping me with very little succsess. I did what I did because I think I was wrongfuly treated. I already filed a complain to the comapny but I also thought It would be nessasery to write one to B.B.B as well. So they could realize that will affect them If they don't control their workers. Thank you so much. I Myrna Tarango really apreciate this.
