Claimant says:
"Contractor, Phillip J Germany dba JMG Companies, brought this sub-contractor, Mike's Construction, into my home Spring-Summer 2013 to remodel/renovate 2 baths and 2 kitchens. A fixture was installed upside down, switchplate cemented to the wall, paint job terrible, ceramic tile flooring replaced and still defective, tub glazing had to be done twice, hole left open in bath ceiling and one kitchen NEVER completed! I am writing regarding the siding installed on my house by same sub-contractor. Downspout incorrectly installed and soffit on front porch began to come down so Mike's Construction was called March 2014. He was called again in April & May. He came in May to fix soffit problem but didn't bring necessary elbow to attach this downspout correctly to the house. He promised he'd be back, and I haven't seen or heard from him since. That was 2 months ago! This downspout was never attached to the house. This sub-contractor stuck it between two distanced gutters to seriously vibrate with every wind gust and hard rainfall. This must be corrected IMMEDIATELY. The initial project in 2013 was completed well beyond promised due date!"
