Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I paid $695 to Mentoring Program Education Training on Apr 24, 2017.  I was told I would be tough how to build a web site and the company would advertise for me.  I had 30 days to complete 7 modules.  I was working the modules and in the second week I was called and told, to have the website advertised I would need to by one of three packages of names.  This was not told to me at the beginning because I wouldn't have bought into the program.  For $1500, 2000 names, $2500, 4000 and $4500, 6000 per month for 6 months.  This was told to me, (If I didn't buy the names, my site could not be advertised). The guy said, ( if you buy a car, you have to put gas in it to run), I told them I wanted a refund because I didn't want to get into a pyramid scheme after I thought about it.  Also, the training was good but out dated, I had to pause often to find information, then I'd had to wait for the next module at their discretion, some times 2 to 3 days.  When asked for the refund I was told I had to complete the 7 modules in 30 days to get a refund.  Then I was told by Steve, they didn't give refunds.  I completed 5 modules and had to contact them to get the next one after 4 days at which time I asked for a refund because of the time I had to wait and I couldn't access their website.  Was told by a tech I had to complete the 7 modules to get a refund and I said again, I didn't like the way information was changed after the 3 days had pass and the names game to get the website advertised and they waited so long to the end of the 30 day period to send me anything.  On May 18th I'd complete the 5th and now it was May 22nd and I hadn't heard from them and I wanted a refund.  I have not been on their site since May 18th but I get calls to complete the website.  I was asked to sign a DocuSign letter stating that if I would not ask for a refund anymore they would give me 600 names free and complete the website.  Again, I did want to wait to see if anyone else would do as I to get paid.  All I was is my money back.  I'm a retired 100 per cent disabled veteran and I can't afford to give money away.  I did want to make money from home but not off of other elders that may call in to do as I, sign up for this program and issue out more money.

  • Sir/Ma'am;

    I understand that I went past the 3 day period, however, if you would have stated up front about the pyramid of buy names to register the website and that was the only way the site could be put out to the public, I would not agree to take any of your training. Also, when you held back modules at the end period 4 days so I would go past the 30-day money back period, you lied, because another of your representatives stated you don't give refunds at all. Sir as stated I only want my money back. I haven't been on your site since 18 May 17 and the last correspondence you sent me to stop asking for a refund and you'll give me 650 names free will be attached to this msg.

  • I was sent a DocuSign Envelope ID17872834-4898-41F5-A370-3A79EBDDE144
    that states, I quote:

    (On or about April the 24th, I, (ME) purchased a business, (WEBSITE), that includes a module training system, (THEY WERE TO TEACH YOU HOW TO BUILD A WEBSITE, INFO OUTDATED), for a total of $695.00 which I used my card ending in ****. I will accept a complimentary 650 lead campaign (NAMES AS I WAS TOLD OF OTHER PEOPLE THAT CALL TO BUY INTO THEIR COMPANY AND I WOULD GET PAID FROM THEIR ENTRY), at no cost to me ever. $1500 FOR 2000 NAMES, $2500 FOR 4000 NAMES, $4500-6000 NAMES PER MONTH FOR 6 MONTHS) I wish to continue my business. I agree and acknowledge that I am waiving my right to rescind any or all portion of this transaction in the future. The 3 day rescission time is past. The invoice we both signed is still in practice.

    I would not sign this DocuSign statement. Also, I do not have nor do I want any part of your business so please stop and return my funds, as I'm a Retired 100% Total Disabled Veteran, the second in my family and am now on a fix or I should say broke income.

    Please Stop;
    Rickey E Moore, Sr
