"I ordered some magazines from this company. With a telephone comversation at a later date, I thought I was just changing some of my subscriptions but found out they were extra from the original order. I called them @ 1-888-369-7323 and asked to stop some of the subscriptions. I was told that I couldn't stop any of them. I don't want to do business with this company, but I don't know how to stop the subscriptions.

  • I agree with the person that said they could not stop any of the "other" magazine subscriptions that were charged to my account. There was a Lady that said she was the only one in the office and never gave her name when calling.I have been with this company for almost 2yrs. and the magazines I take are always sending me bills for the renewal, or just a bill for sub.that I will be paying at the end of my billing cycle is 900.00 plus. for 4 years of magazines. Cheaper yes, but sometimes I would pay for the magazines at the store. Sometimes the magazines don't get to me on time. well lets see if things get better these last 9 mo. I can't supply a solution because it is the magazine services that should provide the _SOLUTION_.
