Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Purchased a 2007 Chevy HHR from this company on March 22, 2013 and gave a deposit of 1200 dollars, no where in the office or in the contract states deposit is non-refundable, 4 days later Veronica Macias-(Office Manager) calls and says financing did not go through and I can finance with another company for 10 dollars more or return car for a refund, so I told her I would think about it and get back to her the next day via email but in the meantime, I wanted to know was I going to be reimbursed for 140 dollars and 50? 140, for cleaning the super dirty car because itw as super dirty when I purchased it and 50 dollars for no gas in the car and she said she was talk to the owner Rick, to see how I would get my refund, if I decided to turn the car in. Well, I decided to turn in car and get a refund but now, me emailing Veronica, she stops responding altogether and finally, I call her after work and say I am bringing the car back, did you speak to the owner to see what method my refund will be returned to me (debit car, cash, etc) ad she says the owner says he wont be giving my money back, so I advised this will be going to court. My lawyer has advised they are (Megdyl) is also being sued by another person for the same thing"

  • Mrs.Dominique Hill had the option to get financed with a different finance company. The payments were going to be $10.00 more a month but the vehicle actually came out to be a couple hundred dollars cheaper than what it was going to be the first time. The first deal did fall through but it was not a mistake on our behalf and we do and did apologize for the inconvenience. Dominque is more than welcome to choose a different vehicle as well.

  • ooohhh!!! So you finally responded to the many attempts I have made great. As you stated, the deal did fall through and it wasnt your companys mistake, so, WAS IT OUR MISTAKE? I do believe your company believe its our mistake because we are out 1200 dollars that you wont refund. So with that being said yes the financing fell through, for the first company (NOT MY FAULT) and we were given a OPTION to get financed with another company. See, YOU FAIL TO REALIZE, the keyword is option to due so and rather if it was $10.00 dollars more or less I am the one who is purchasing the car and making payments, so I have the right to select or decline any offer at my discretion. You don't know what I can or cant afford and with you stating that the OTHER option was 10 dollars more and I decided that was to much for me and my budget. I did not sign any documents for this car, to be fianced once the first deal fell through which shows there was no sale. Rick seems to never answer or respond to any one of my emails on this issue and it wont be going away. If this issue is not resolved, I will be taking this company to COURT

  • Apr 06, 2013, Claiming party added:
  • I have also been advised that your company is being sued by another consumer for the same issue. Not surprising but please know, this issue will not be swept under the rug and will be handled.

  • Apr 09, 2013, Claiming party added:
  • Please return my money, this is the last request before this company and Veronica Macias is taken to court
