  • This needs IMMEDIATE ATTENTION or as a result of being unable to move my belongings into #37 Circle Dr. due to the disgraceful condition and unstable building and insects, I will loose ALL I own if I can not pay the excessive back storage fees. This will without ANY doubt, leave me no other option than to see you in a court room. Time is of the essence. Auction will take place in 3 weeks!!!!! My deceased husbands belongings will be lost as well! You are playing with fire and have been warned. I will NEVER stop upholding my rights to be respected and treated justly.........We'll become very familiar with one another.

  • I have had a rash on my upper arms, buttocks and neck since living at #37 Circle Dr. Per the US Center for Disease Control & the EPA, there are no 100% effective or safe ways to completely kill or cleanup mold from porous surfaces such as drywall,fiberglass and plywood. The flooring in the bathroom (which I showed Ryan) is covered in visible slimy poisonous mold to which a tile can't stick. I tried to remove it with bleach only to find I should worn a HEPA mask and used a HEPA filter on a wet vac. But that won't even kill it. In a house I rented for 4 years in NC when mold was found in my bathroom subfloor, the EPA came out in hazmat suits and removed the flooring and locked me out of my bedroom where the bathroom was for 6 months. They explained to me that mold produces potentially toxic mycotoxins. You need to call Lee Co. Health Dept.! That trailer is a classified "sick building" and as a Landlord you are required to ensure that the environments that you rent out are protected from health hazards.See info@indoor-environmental.com......www.epa.gov/mold....My father got Histoplasmosis from inhaling mold spores as a Building Inspector for Tampa. Liver cancer is another side affect. Send me a cashiers check for $869.96 or I WILL expose you. As your own ad states you are converting to RVs only. Not at my health or anyone else's!
