Claimant says:
"He promised to have my RV engine rebuilt in two weeks it has been four months now and he won't return my calls. He came to my home in Marysville, WA. on January 19th to take my 450 big block Chevy engine out of the RV to rebuild at his shop in Seattle and I gave him $1300.00 in cash. He calls a few days later and says he needs more money to replace bad parts so I give him another $600.00. Then a month goes by and I don't hear from him so I left several messages on his voice mail. He texts me back saying his wife has cancer and he will get the engine done. So I said alright, and I waited another month or so while calling him to get information about his progress. He finally returned my calls and says he is sick now but the engine is rebuilt and he would be up that weekend to install it, he was a no show. He texted me a few weeks later and says he will be up, I call him the day he was supposed to be here and he says he's in Alaska working. The next week he says he will install it, that was over a month ago and I have not heard from him since. The total job was supposed to be $2500.00 with a 5 year warranty."
