Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"THe dating online company Match renewed my membership for 3 more month of 104.00 after I turned off the automatically system the have for renewing memberships. They are saying that they cant give me a refund back and they are saying that I never turned off their automatically system for renewing memberships. I would like to get my money back because I believe if not fair to see the way they are trying to force me to stay receiving services by them when I dont have any interest. I will appreciate all your help. I contacted them by september 11 2016 by email and not respond from them. I contacted them on sept 13 at 4:30 pm spoke to Roma and then to Angela employees # 22168. My account reference # is 3524 and my name is Martha Alvarez. My number is 407-556-7085.

    This sounds like another case ,that automatic sign up is not made clear..You said you turned off automatic renewal, sounds like their saying no you didn't. I suggest ,going forward they make it clear by signing a document that that the client under More...
