Lana R. says: they stole money out of my account after I cancelled on the computer and I found out later they took $148.00 out of my bank and found out they said it doesnt count cancelling on the computer-this is fraud and a crime and they need to be accountable for stealing from innocent people what is wrong with you people you need to make some arrest ASAP

Nancy R. says: Argued for months to get a refund as they charge my card without my permission and got nowhere! All the reps are overseas and can bearly understand you. I joined for 6 months with a 6 month guarantee which they did not honor. They are a scam and nobody would help me or issue me a refund. I will never join again and I urge anyone who does to cancel their card or they will charge it without your knowledge!

Paula A. says: After a 3 month suspension and help from Channel 7 in Boston their Solve it n 7 and the Attorney General's Office for Consumer Affairs, they agreed to give me my 6 months free that was due me, but did not refund me the 3 months they suspended me which amounted to about $60. I will not subscribe to them again.

David W. says: The blocked my service for no reason, they did not make me whole as a consumer,I did use part of there service but wanted just a partial reimbursement, still have not been contacted by the company,I will never recommend this website for dating
