Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"been trying very hard to get someone to contact me about my policy. have sent several messages and called to avail. it is getting very frustrating

this email was sent April 5th, 2016 and on this date of April 21st, 2016 NO will respond. I want to know why no will help me? everyone has basically refused to communicate with me or gives some excuse that they did not received any information from the doctor. its disappointing that your organization can not help me in anyway that includes giving me a call.

I am sorry for being harsh but this is a fairly low cost surgery and I am not understanding why this can not be resolved fairly. As I stated in the in many emails I have sent and since NO one bothers to call me about the situation. I was not going to lie to anyone about having a Pre-existing condition I was very forth coming of the information when I signed up for this insurance plan. Why didnt any of your CSR say something to me that very day? I had insurance prior to my layoff at the company that I was carrying insurance with and was forced to get a new insurance which is why I chose Manhattan Life/ Central United. Now your telling me (oh well too bad) well that is not fair. I could understand if I had a life depilating condition that would cost hundreds of thousands of dollars for a long term but this is NOT the case. I was laid off November 2015 and as you have noticed I took not having medical insurance very seriously and got coverage immediately and with no doubt from Manhattan Life / Central United thru many recommendations from friends. If you are not going to cover me for this small and minor surgery I will be forced to contact the BBB and notify everyone that encourage me to insure with you guys cancel my policy and if that is the case I will be requesting a full refund from the very beginning of my policy. I am so upset that you / Manhattan would denied me of a small claim. I will not need any physical therapy just the day surgery and go home.




Again I do not have a life condition that would cost this company even more money in the long run just a simple small surgery to relieve pain nothing more.
