"My husband and I thought we were retiring in a Christian home and approximately a year later, we received a letter that we were being evicted based on "documented evidence", which turned out to be unwarranted. We hired an attorney and he communicated with Mark Todd. along with the board of directors.

Numerous residents emailed and wrote letters on our behalf. I was voted Mrs. Magnolia Manor based on all the volunteer work that I did and the smile I put on everyone's face without missing a day.

Michelle Laider, the administrator, refused to return any of my phone calls. along with not responding to my asking for a meeting prior to my retaining an attorney.
I would never recommend Magnolia Manor, Richmond Hill, to any of my friends or family."
