Claimant says:
"i own a barber shop in palm springs california. I recieved a phone call from magic jack and they offered me great prices on some items and they asked me if I wanted to place an order and I accepted and the total amount of my order was $424.00, about 2 days later i recieved a box which was suppose to be my order and it was totally something different nothing to do with what I had ordered. they called me the same day to tell me they had mixed up some orders and what i had recieved wasn't for me and that in 3 days i would recieve my order, about 2 weeks later i was still waiting for my order so i called them and told them to cancel the order and give me my money back and they agreed and now its been over a month and i havent recieved my money or my order and everytime i call them to see what is going on they make up all kinds of excuses or they hang up on me and they are also becoming very rude over the phone. I didnt want to make the problem any bigger so im turning to you guys and hope i can get your help. i could not get their address because they would not ive it to me but i do have their number which is 1(855)3336875 or 1(509) 671 9571 the sales persons name that placed my order was Rosalba"
