Claimant says:
"I ordered Magic Tracks from an ad on TV that promised a $19.99 deal including Tracks and 2 Cars. The site did not allow me to view my order before submitting, and the total came to over $50.00. I tried many times, starting 11/14/16, for 3 plus days to call the contact number (1-844-463-1127), and "Due to this being our busiest time, we cannot answer your call. The item is on backorder, but we will contact you before it's shipped, and your credit card will not be billed until notification". There was no email address usable to try either. I tried again today (11/26/16), and the same prerecorded message prompts a backorder, etc. After I was contacted that the item shipped, I replied to the email address given demanding not to ship, and did not receive an answer...but I did receive the back-ordered item."
