Claimant says:
"An elderly was swindled out of $2603 by a company called MagicKids

I am an owner of a Home Care Agency that takes care of the elderly. One of my clients was duped by a company called MagicKids and he ended up paying $2,603 after being told that he would make thousands of money selling kid's apparel on line. My client is 80 years old and when I asked him what he had paid the money for, he has no recollection of what the $2603.00 was for. We wrote a letter to the company requesting a refund and the company has refused saying they do not offer refunds and said they sent a recording of their conversation with our client. I advised them that the client in question does have memory loss and that they need to send us a letter stating why they cannot issue a refund. We are in the process of exploring different options, including the involvement of Adult Protective Services, the Attorney General and Law enforcement agencies to have the issue resolved.

First I spoke to Helen, then a Grace Zarco, another Mary Gill came on the phone claiming to be the Customer Service Manager. These people are ruthless, evil and they do not care who it is they swindle money out of. Its sad when the victims are the elderly who are swindled out of their retirement and little savings they have."
