"After cleaning my carpet, Michael Henderson used my vacumm to clean up the fuzz that was left on the capet. The carpet was still wet. I waited 3 days to vacumm to make sure the carpet was dry. The vacumm was so clogged with fuzz it smelled hot when I turned it on. I tried to clean out the fuzz. The vacumm was also still wet up inside of it. Now it won't even turn on. When I called Michael Henderson about the problem, he said it wasn't his problem and would not do anything about it. When I told him I was going to call the Better Business Bureau, he said, "Go ahead"."

  • My vacumm was only 1 1/2 yrs old. It was not old. It wasn't sucking very well and I took it to Sherman to the place where they work on them. He cleaned it and put a new roller in it and it was working fine till Henderson used it on wet carpet. Anyone should know not to vacumm wet carpet. It was not cat hair and dog hair. I don't even have a dog. My cat stays outside most of the time. It was little fuzz balls off the carpet because my carpet was not very old. He even made a remark about new carpet will have little fuzz balls like this. This was the first time it had been cleaned. My vacumm cost $169 plus tax not $109.

  • I had to go buy me another Hoover wind tunnerl at Wal-Mart. The cost was $156. Henderson said they found on line for $109 which was the cheapest one they could find.

Message from M & S Carpet Cleaning: Ms. Adcock did give me permission to use her vacuum to get up some fuzz the fuzz was from her animals. I did clean the vacuum when I was done she had stated that her vacuum had been worked on and did not suck very well.. She stated she used vacuum to suck up fuzz but it was cat and dog hair that she was vacuuming up I do not feel that the problem with her vacuum was caused by me since it still was ran after I had used it. But I am willing to buy a Hoover wind Tunnel from Wal-Mart for 109.00 even though her vacuum was very old.
