My Claim vs. Luis Feliciano

I paid him to paint my truck. He painted it in his garage at home. He removed the stripping on the truck, painting over the glue from the stripping. He did not know what what it was. He had to repaint the hood, which he only painted half of it. Painted the brush guard on the front only. There was dirt in the paint from the garage floor all over the truck. Sprayed the rims of the tires, did not clean them, painting over the rims on the truck including the lug nuts. He got real mad, hitting all kinds of stuff making real bad comments about the truck and my requesting the job be done correctly.

I also hired him to install a bolt on step for my pick-up. He did not install it the right way. You step on it to get into the truck and it is not braced correctly. The step drops down every time you step on it. He does not know how to do this job. The step was brand new, in the box when I gave it to him to install for me.

Mr. Luis Falicianso does not conduct his business or his personal actions toward his customers in a professional manner. Everything he fails to do correctly he blames his customers. His workmanship is very poor. One to ten rating he comes in at a -10.

Mr. Luis Falicianso does not complete do quality work. He leaves out bolts, screws, over sprays. breaks things and leaves it broken. He should be on TV, a program that shows you how not to do quality work, which he is an expert at. Then yells at his customers blaming his poor workmanship on the customer. He does not live up the warranty he states in writing. He painting skills are like a five year old little baby, he acts like a spoiled brat that all he wants is money, money, money. His shop doors should be locked. The insurance companies will be notified as to his lack of understanding of the painting business.

I will have to hire a good paint company to correct all the problems with this paint job. Those charges will be added to the amount he owes to me for the very, very poor workmanship. It will cost more to correct than what I paid him, plus additional interest charges of 1.5 percent on unpaid balance compounded each month, which mean the total cost will increase monthly.

this man and his son all they do is take advantage of honest hard working people they act real nice at first and then hit you whith what they really are this guy even tryed to use his place of employment to threaten me and my wife and kids that we would all pay the price if he didn't get what he wanted things that he wasn't paying for . people reading this persons post keep in the back of ur mind my little girl is 7 years old my boys are 10 and 11 and he even stayed to me what clothing my little girl and 2 boyd had on one day over a txt he sent me while my kids where out side playing . cause he had his fema govrrment drone spying on my family that there was why i got to be got mad and had to act the way i acted tords him . also they went to my shop where clearly saw the truck being painted picked it up few days later and loved it and now this i have witnesses that sae the way they stormed in and caused a big problem at our shop plus there on video suvalance at that clearly posted on our shop doors we have every picture that where taken of the truck from day one to prove what it was and what it is now we went far and be on whith his truck and he is trying to put us diwn we still have his seats and tail gate that bith him and his son refused to pick up . i will be contacting fema and inform them that this employee uses there power to try get work services done for free and uses his government job to threaten people and im sure that isnt allowed . i will be posting the pictures on here so people can see the truck from day one to the day it keft also the video survalance from the shop abd the txtd he sent me i dont want to do this but he is doing this to me and my family causing us alot of business . i can give him the seats and tail gate abd the cost of of labor that calls to instal it by book time .5 hrs for tail gate and 2.5 for seats at 44.00 dollars and hr but nothing more . all he had to do was call me and settle this matter not post what isn't true.

What do we have here, a person who is unbalanced. He told us he sent information to our insurance company that they junked my truck, I read his post, which is all BS. I never owned a drone or used a drone. I do not know how to operate one. The missing parts he did not provide for us, according to him, another person had them and took them to Orland when they moved there. This is all BS, he always has excuses. He does not deliver the product when he tells you he will. The first time he brought my truck to my house he and his help stated they did not know or could remove glue where stripping was down both sides of the box and cab. There was also dirt in the paint from spraying in a dirty shop with out a spray booth.
It is very interesting about his children and wife. When they brought the truck to me his wife was very frightened. His children are always in the hospital with broken bones and other wounds. I don't know, but these things may have happened because of his temper, hitting the throwing them around the house. I have never seen his kids, only from what Luis told me. Of course I take what he says with at grain of salt. He blames everything on everyone else. He does not see what he does, only blames his customers for his lack of quality.
Louis does not understand that when bad work and screaming at his customers will result in the customer telling everyone he knows not to have work done by Mr. Feliciano,s shop. He would not know the truth if it was standing in front of him. The only thing Louis wants is the money.
When I fist met Mr. Feliciano, he was very nice and I liked him, he was just starting his paint shop in his garage at home. I know how it is when you first start a business. I had a construction business for many years. I had him do the work because I knew he was just beginning. I tried to help him and his family. But now I feel sorry for his wife and kids. The way she acts is like she is concerned he will beat the hell out of her if she crosses him. Perhaps the Department of Health and Services should check him out to find out if indeed abuse is taking place.

this is a bs story this man is stating if he wants he seats and tail gate all he has to do is call me . we never said we junked his truck that would be against the law and we never stated we didnt know how to remove glue from the truck i have a letter his son gave ne that his dad had marked the truck with permanent marker and about the drone that is a true statement i still have his txt he txt me saying that i just dont want any problens with anyone he wants seats ee have them for him they refuse to pick them up . i will be posting pictures of all the work done to this 97 ford f250 soon

I will not allow Luis Feliciano, his father or cousin to touch my truck. They will damage it for spite. He runs a fraud all the time. Demands full payment from his customers then will not do the proper work. When you question him why, he and his family tells you your truck is a piece of shit. They all say the same thing.
All he has is excuses, all blow no go. I had contacted factory engineers in Michigan. they told me DO NOT LET THESE INDIVIDUALS WORK ON YOUR DASH. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
His father started to work on the dash which he broke and left it, saying this truck is a piece of shit.
They sprayed the truck bed with the truck bed spray. I used a garden hose to wash the bed out. Guess what? They did not prep the bed properly and the material washed off. It has to be redone.
They started to take the hood off, and did not know how to put it back together. The hood hinge spring was laying on top of the finder well. They did not know how to put it back together.
Took inside door panels off, broke fasteners, did not replace them.
The only thing I will accept from this person is the money he owes me. Plus the money it will cost me to have the truck redone by a good repair shop. He can not lie out of the remarks he made to us because my son recorded everything with his cell phone. Luis got so mad he hit the side of another pickup and denting it. He hit the top of my battery, dislodging the wires to it. My son had to replace them before he could drive it. What a mad man Luis is. I do not trust him with my back to him. The temper he has he will kill someone in a fit of rage. He, his father and cousin will all say it was the customer who started it and they were only protecting themselves. What a nasty family.
I totally regret ever hiring this person and his family to do the repainting of my truck. He would make false claims how he put fancy headlights and tail lights on the truck and how everyone praised how good the truck looked.
I feel sorry for his wife and children. A person that can not control his temper, one day, if not already will hurt his family real bad, perhaps to the point of killing them. He will then blame his actions on his family, he will not take any blame for himself.
ANYONE READING THIS, DO NOT HAVE HIM DO ANY WORK FOR YOU. ALL HIS WANTS IS YOUR MONEY SO HE CAN WALK AROUND FLASHING A ROLL OF MONEY FROM HIS POCKET. THAT IS WHAT HE DID TO ME. HE DOES NOT DO ANYTHING HE CONTRACTS WITH YOU. HE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. My son had paid him to paint his car before I did. Once my son seen they quality of work he did on my truck. My son told him not to paint his car. Luis has not given that money back, Over $800. he robbed from my son.
Compound interest on the money he owes to getting larger each month he does not pay.
This has been going on since December last year.
He did not replace the right rear view mirror

To end this issue i will have a sit doen with my business partner to send this gentalmen a bank check for 1,200 so we can all be done with this issue . Please keep in mind every one that reads this that ee have tryed to be fair to this customer in more ways than one. Will post when payment will be issued to hanzen bradsaw

For the statement he just posted about me harming my family that isnt called fir i have never harmed my eife or my children what a sick mind he has he has gone to far i will be filling in court for false staments but wr will still pay him 1200 dollars nit a penny more a law suite will be placed for the wrongfull saying that i will go to the point of killing my family u are a sick man i have never had a problem with any law of a bad or harmfull behavior or of harming any one in my life my dad is 70 years old he would never do what yhis sick man is saying ee will give u yhe money and keave us alone oh my wife and kids are very happy we have a safe and happy home . Luis, I will not accept a business or personal check from you. The only payment I will accept is, cash or a bank check. Also the longer you take to pay me the more money you owe me. Remember, 1.5 percent interest charge on the unpaid balance. Each month the total amount goes up when you do not pay the balance due.
Also, I will take you to small claims court. You will have to pay me, by court order.
When you painted the hood of my truck, you only painted to outside. You did not paint the underside.
I have no idea why you run your business like you do. What a mess.

I have to hire another paint shop to repair the mess Luis and his family has made of my truck. It will cost $ 2,400.00

In addition to the $2400.00 there is also another dollar amount I claim. I paid Luis $ 850.00 In Dec. 2015 for painting my truck. He did nothing but spend the money on what ever but not working on my truck. He did not paint inside of my two gas filler locations. Left them dirty. My right door, he screw up the door lock. It will not lock. every time it rains the black material Luis sprayed in the truck box washes off. The door sills were not cleaned or any work on them. What a very very poor paint job. A first grader could do better work than this bunch of lowlifes.. So the total requested is now $3250.00. It will cost me that and more to get someone to rework and paint my truck correctly

The bed of my pickup was sprayed with the black liner material. The rain washes it off. I paid $150.00 for that to be done. I want a refund.
I will not to take it back to Luis. I do not trust him, he would destroy my truck. He has a real real real bad temper. I have seen him screaming and walking around hitting other trucks denting them, slamming things around. With the $150.00 added the total now is $3400.00 that Luis has to pay me back because of the poor workmanship by him and his posse.
