Claimant says:
"His office manager is his wife, and she is extremely rude and incompetent. She could not resolve an insurance dilemma. Once I resolved it, she denied to provide me with the required medical treatment as prescribed by my doctor, her husband. I was unaware at the time that she was the doctor's wife. When I asked to speak with my doctor, she stated that she was acting under his authority (knowledge) in refusing to provide me with medical treatment. She stated that I needed to make an appointment to see him. I made an appointment to inform him that the insurance problem had been resolved and to have his office manager resubmit the request for my treatment. I did not make an appointment to be seen for any health-related issue as my follow-up appointment was to be scheduled after my treatment. When I made the appointment to see him, he did not want to help me. Instead, he quickly dismissed any issue relating to his office manager's (wife's) rude behavior and incompetence, stated he would take care of scheduling the treatment, and then proceeded to quickly listen to my heart and checked my knee reflex in order to bill my insurance for the visit."
