Claimant says:
"I bough a whirlpool dryer and a warranty so i call lowes to fix my dryer. they came out on 1/13/2016 they found the problem and they said that it will take 10 day.to get the part. so i waited then i call them back. they said that they don't know when the part will come in and can't tell me. when so i talk to a supervisor on 1/30/2016 and gave me the part number for the part w10251615# old/w10255228# is the new number he said that can't get it till 4/29/2016 and i ask is it for sure he said can't say so i told him if you call them you should know he said i have call them back and see so i call whirlpool and gave them the number and they don't have in stock but if i order it it would take 2 week to get the part in then it take 3day to get it so i call lowes back ask them why it taking so long but at the same time they keep on tell me that they can give me my money back it all good if i didn't buy on sale for half price. it looking like if they can make take the money they can make another sale because a new dryer cost out the door of the same would cost about with warranty would be about 1000 dollars and all they can be sure of your money back and the part on 4/29/2016 is a maybe but i have to call them and see all i'm asking for them to fix my dryer in a reasonable time but like they said they can give me my money back just for the dryer not the insurance and that about 350 it keep looking like they want me to buy other dryer and they can make another sale when it not on sale and i pay for insurance and give the runaround i know it hard time but is it right thank you patrick gyotoku"
