"PURCHASED A HUSQ FT 24- HP V-TWIN 48 - IN TRACTOR MODEL NUMBER 9660450052 $1885.99, 3 YR EPP OPE $239.97, $188.68 TAXES AND I PAID CASH AND HAVE RECEIPT OF $2,314.64 AMONG LOTS OF LOSE DOCUMENTS... PURCHASED MARCH 19, 2017 .. WHEN UNLOADED FROM TRUCK, HARD TO START.. AS TIME WENT ON STOP STARTING SENT TO SHOP IN APRIL AND GOT JOHN DEERE ON CREDIT CARD... THEN SWITCHED JOHN DEERE FOR REPAIRED LAWNMOWER... PROBLEM CONTINUED UNTIL AUGUST. CALLED CORPORATE OFFICE AND CORPORATE OFFICE. LOWE'S PICKED LAWNMOWER UP. PAPER WORK SAYS 9-29-17 , ***EMERGENCY PICKUP** INSTRUCTIONS SAYS , "PICK UP MOWER TO SEND OFF FOR REPAIR.... CORPORATE COMPLAINT. AND I HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES TO LOWE'S AND THEY DID NOT RETURN... SO, I NOW WANT MY MONEY $2,314.64 IN RETURN FOR LAWNMOWER THEY TOOK... I DO NOT WANT ANY OF THEIR LAWNMOWERS, I WANT TO PURCHASE ONE FROM SEARS..."
