Claimant says:
"As stated above, I had a bee hive in cinder block wall fence which needed to be removed. I called Brian @ Live Bee Removal and specifically asked if he was going to remove the hive after I recieved a price quote over the phone. It was getting dark when he arrived at my house and the bees were swarming so I stayed inside. Brian said he would be back in two days to check on it; he did not return. Two or three days later I checked on the removal, and noticed that Brian did not remove the hive at all (he would have had to cut into the cinder block wall to do so). I called him and asked him 1) why he did not return, and 2) asked why he did not remove the hive as promised. He began to explain there were other ways to exterminate bees, which is what he did, however that is not what he originally told me he would do. I called him again on November 6, to ask when he was coming back over to check the hive, and I again brought up the fact that he did not do what he said he was going to do. He ended up hanging up on me. He also promised me a six month warranty which he later said he would extend to two years and that he would come by later that day. He never showed up and didn't call back"
