Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Tried their product (Lipo Slim Extreme) for the allotted time, 14 days. Did not get the results that they claim...in fact instead of extra energy and weight loss...I gained 6 lbs. When I called to get my money back guarrantee....they had already taken my money out of my bank and said that I was 24 hrs too late! At this time they also said that I didn't read the fine print that explains that the company takes my money soon as they receive notice of my signing up for this "14 Day Free Trial" and all I was to pay was the shipping & handling. Also said that if I wasn't satisfied with this product that I could cancel and would refund any monies due me."

  • they have taken money from my bank without my knowledge I did not sign up for more of the product. This product has arrived today and I don't want it. My bank will be advised to stop any more transactions they may want to levy against my bank.

  • disgusting.. i am trying to get back 159.97 to my bank.. im a single parent.. who has been ripped off.. im disgusted..i just hope i get the money back... i will never buy anything online again!

  • I totally agree with claimant, I too was misled to believe that I would only pay shipping cost of £5.00 for 2 bottles of these pills, but got stung for £160.00 3 days after I had received them. This can only be classed as theft, so my bank, HSBC put their fraud squad on the phone to me, who informed me they had spoken to Worldwide Capital, with a warning not to withdraw any more funds from my account or further action would be taken.

  • There are several complaints similar to this on the internet currently about this product and this company. If you are finding that the customer service call number is not being of assistance to you in getting a refund, you should call your credit card company that you placed the order on. Ask to speak to the fraud department, and indicate what occurred, and perhaps your credit card company can assist you in obtaining a refund, based on the amount of complaints that are current about the company/product.
