Claimant says:
"I purchase a by pap machine through bravo Medicare advantage plan on may 2012! payment were set at $ 28,00 a month for 13 month Which would have made it about $373 ,00 ! So I made 8 payments through bravo $226.00 dollars in 2012 > Somehow in January 2013 I was told I owed more than 5 payments and the payments went up to 43.00 a month to 21.00 . I call lyncare and ask why the payments change with no answer . So I paid lyncare another $226.00 and some change. I've made more than 13 payments. Lincare said they weren't getting them . I send copies of a of canceled check to prove I had paid . All lincare wanted to do was talk in circles . an employee of Lyncare the manager of collections Name Mike treated me dad and disrespected me on the phone that ended up in a Huge arguments and threats from him . Mike sent a person that would not show me any ID and name his name is Joe Ameo on 12-26 at 11 am that disrupted my guest and friends visit for the holidays ! It was all I could do to keep guest from hurting this guy because of how he conducted himself . The only thing he said when I came to the door was [I'm here to pick up your by pap }. And then he got very belligerent and was told to get off my property and all the time flipping me off and being a real dick . My girl friend got scared and call the cops and handed the phone to me. I was on the phone with cops all the time he was deliberate and playing games in his vehicle on my property. He left just before the officer got here. He was a dick I didn't deserve any of his B S or disrupting my time with friends on the holidays . who dose this type of crap to people and think he gets away with this ? I called Mike and told him I was filling charges on his thug and if he tries it again he needs to come see me himself. I finally got the thugs name out of him if that's correct name or not! Why is it that I owe so much more on this machine after paying more than $450.00 .and having my privacy violated ?????????............I have tried to work things out with lyncare sense Jan 2013 to no avail can you please help me with this issue it has to be insurance fraud !!!!!!"
