Claimant says:
"I called for a service call on Aug 3, 2011. My ice maker was not working and the handle on my dish washer was broke. I was put in contact with Bill Mitchell at office number 618-452-2020 and cell phone number 314-398-5855. I was told the parts had to be ordered and was charged $446. it was not until three weeks later that they came back with the parts and still the ice maker or dishwasher was not fixed. They re ordered the parts and someone came out again on 20 Sep 2011 with the new parts but figured out that the part ice maker itself and not the compressor needed to be replaced and that the part ordered for the dishwasher was also wrong. Today Sep 28 2011 56 days from the first visit they completed the job and I was also charged another $139.42. My complaint is that it took much to long. The Lesco add says, "LLC experienced technicians are highly-trained, All of them carry 99% of brand name parts on their trucks, so that most of the jobs can be done on the clients’ premises. In terms of payment, we accept all major credit cards." I was told I had to write a personnel check. Needless to say I am a very unsatisfied costumer and would never recommend Lesco.
