Claimant says:
"we had a 475.00 deposit coming back to us and he sent 30.00 .he said that he had to repair the floor that his bad plumbing caused,which happened while we were still in the house which makes it his responsibility.there is mold he took care of, also i told him the door to the garage was broke when someone tryed to break in ,told him for three weeks never did anything that is what he charged us for too.all i want is what he said we were gonna get back. we scrubbed walls ,and and shampooed carpets before leaving and did yard work.all i ask is for our money.thank you"

  • I disagree with the explanation / grounds provided

    "Deposit was only 400.00. Have rental contract as proof.
    owes for half month rent totalling 234.50.
    plumbing problems caused by renters putting grease down kitchen sink
    causing bathtub to fill with water and grease.resulting in floor damage
    plumber had to be called. Walls were not cleaned, had to repaint.
    all of the window treatments were missing throughout the house."
