Claimant says:
"I have sent a certified letter to LA Fitness informing them of my resignation due to their misrepresentation and their lack of giving me a contract, I did not sign anything with them and yet they continue to bill my two credit card companies. This has gone on since April when I joined. No problem with club, just did not get any help when I told them I was not going to use their personal trainers and they said okay. Now they claim I am obligated to a contract which was never presented to me or signed... I live in Colo and also Katy, but cannot get anyone to acknowledge any of this and called from Colo and told them my situation and they said I needed to come in personally and resign. This was impossible and I sent them certified letters and yet no one has contacted me. I do not know how to handle this can you help?"
