"i purchased a tv almost a year ago and i bought the two year warranty. i tried to file a claim today. they told me the warranty will not cover accidents. so i have a broke tv with a warranty. they don't tell you when they sell you the warranty it only covers manufacture defects. shouldn't that be covered my the manufacture. so what did i pay for? they call it a service and replacement plan but when you need a replacement they tell you thats not covered."
