Claimant says:
"Mrs. Haines has obtain a shop from us. She has taken over the premises 1147 ste C on Henry Ave which was once Divine Touch Beauty and Barber shop....She has breached her contract. Mrs. Haines signed a contract to take over the shop on terms ;however, she hasn't paid one cent toward the property of Sharisma Hardy, prior owner of the shop. Mrs Haines has unlawfully taken all contents of the shop. She has taken over $15000.00 worth of equipment in which we tried to negotiate for a reasonable amount. Again, she hasn't paid anything for the equipment. She refuses to give the equipment back or pay for it. She has had over a year to pay us. She will not respond to our attempts to obtain any money. She will not return calls either."

  • These have taken our equipment in the name of church not the Lord. They acts as if we gave them the equipment. They have taken advantage of use. . . . They have not made any effort to contact us to resolve the matter.
