"Well about a year ago I signed up for Kentucky Singles I was going through a bad divorce and was wanting to meet people who really cared about following in love. I had to feel out a survey about what I was looking for in a partner or souk mate from age, build , hair , eyes , religion etc. The girl who was telling me about the program was making it sound like I was going to meet real professional men who want a relationship and have good jobs and are financially stable . But it all sounded great and I just got caught up in the moment and said this was investment and the best investment Of my life . The price for the package I received was 6,900. That you had to paid it all in full . I got 15 referrals . After going out with 3 different guys I was really disgusted none of them were like what they described to me in advance and one of them even picked me up in a nasty car and was very inappropriate . Even the men I met talked poorly of the program . I tried multiple times to get out of the agreement or work something out and get a partial refund. I don't want to meet anyone else from their site they are no better than what you can find in other dating sites for free and at least on their you get to see what they look like before meeting this is a ripoff and I feel I was taken advantage of b/c I was wanting to find live and I was vulnerable and they talked it up but when I got home that night I tried calling back to say I realize I jumped the gun they should at least give you 24 hrs to get out of it . Most people have money back guarantee if something doesn't work . Or at least we could agree on some kind of compensation since I don't want to continue with them . I shouldn't be out 6,900 for the 3 months and3 dates I went on. Please help me get a partial refund . They have been very rude to me on phone conversations and they want let me speak to anyone dos but Martha director of client services."

  • I have the same experience and I am battling with this business. I have read all the complaints against them on the internet and there are quite a few. All complaints revolve on Kentucky Singles not performing their end of the contract to deliver a servicve. We are consumers of a service that we paid for in good faith. We cannot abide by double talk and malfeasance on their part. It is only morally and ethiccally fair to be refunded the money paid for. The so-called "non-refundalbe" payment is their line of defense to not have to return any money paid even though they have not performed the service we paid for.  It is their rationale to not have to return any money whether they do their job or not. 

    I would like to ask others out there who may be reading this to share their experience and get this business to refund all money of those clients who are dissatisfied. 

    I would suggest to the business that if they are so confident they could match clients with a good match, they should offer a money back guarantee...not a non-refundable agreement.

    This business should be shut down. My suggestion is for the claimant to be refunded all her money. This so called non-refundable payment only seeks to obfuscate their intent to not deliver any of the services one signs up for.
