Claimant says:
"Ordered a DVD on 9/25/13 and paid for priority mail. Never got the DVD. Business contacted to resolve issue by phone and email. No response until 10/7/13 and they stated it was mailed 9/26. I requested a tracking number and have been ignored since then. No attempt from the business to provide mailing info, refund my money or send another DVD.
Very frustrated with lack of response from the business. I have called 5 times and left messages without a response. I have emailed the company 4 times and received one response on 10/7 stating they "were concerned" that I had not received the DVD."
